Do you make a recoil pad for my rifle?
It's easy to see if we have a pad for your rifle. Go to the Backstop page, and enter your rifle brand and model in the dropdowns. If it's listed, we have your pad!
If it's not there, we don't make the pad, but you can request us to work on it by filling out this form. We'll email you when we have the pad style ready. Please don't email us asking us to make a pad for your specific rifle. We get MANY requests daily, and the form linked above is how we accept requests to make a new pad design.

All our products are available in the USA and Canada.
All Backfire-made products (Backstop, Turret Tags, Garmin Cases, etc) can be shipped to Canada, but scopes and items from third-party companies can't be shipped to Canada.

Shipping takes around 4-7 business days depending on the amount of orders we have. If your order is shipping to Canada it will take 12-15 business days.

Because USPS doesn't generate tracking information for envelopes, we are unable to show tracking for turret tag only orders. You will still get an email when we ship your order, and you should see it within a week.

How do I return a product?
How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Only regularly priced items can be returned, sale items cannot be refunded. Email us to request a refund or exchange at help@backfireshop.com.

We are unable to generate return labels for orders outside the US. If you would like to return your order you will be responsible for all returning shipping costs.
