Ordering

How do I request a Backstop Recoil Pad for a rifle not listed on your site?

Yes! We have a google form you can fill out here, if we make a recoil pad for your rifle you will receive a one-time email letting you know it's available for purchase.

What countries do you ship to?

If the product you are looking for directly attaches to a firearm (recoil pad, bipod, scope, etc) we are only able to ship to the USA and Canada.

If the product you are looking at doesn't attach directly to a gun (turret tags, Garmin Xero C1 case, binoculars, etc) we can ship it to most countries worldwide.

Shipping

How long until I receive my order?

Shipping takes around 4-7 business days depending on the amount of orders we have. If your order is shipping to Canada it will take 12-15 business days.

Where is the tracking information for my turret tags?

Because USPS doesn't generate tracking information for envelopes, we are unable to show tracking for turret tag only orders. You will still get an email when we ship your order, and you should see it within a week.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Only regularly priced items can be returned, sale items cannot be refunded. Email us to request a refund or exchange at help@backfireshop.com.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

What if I am not in the US?

We are unable to generate return labels for orders outside the US. If you would like to return your order you will be responsible for all returning shipping costs.
